USA Spring Training Clinic Information

Happy new season! We can’t wait to work with your new teams at Vallejo High School on Saturday, June 9, 2018.  Below is information to read through and complete before we kick off our spring training together. See you soon!

Participant Release and Waiver Form

Please make copies of the Participant Release and Waiver Form and distribute it to all participants. Submit the completed and original Participant Release and Waiver form for each participant at the clinic registration. Photocopies will not be accepted. Be advised that this form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. No one will be allowed to participant in the clinic without a completed Release and Waiver Form.

9:45 AM – 10:15 AM    Warm-up
10:15 AM – 12:30 PM  Classes
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM    Lunch

What to Bring

  • Comfortable workout attire (i.e. t-shirt, shorts, pants, shoes, etc.)
    • Appropriate athletic/dance shoes required
    • No black soled shoes allowed
  • All jewelry must be removed for safety reasons
  • Healthy snacks/lunch and/or money to purchase items during lunch break (snack bar pricing will be sent prior to event date if available)
  • Water/Water Bottles
  • Sunscreen is recommended because a portion of the participants’ activities may be held outside
  • Completed Participant Release and Waiver Form for each clinic participant (see blue button above to download form)

Miscellaneous, But Important!

All personal objects brought to the clinic location will be the responsibility of the individual participant and/or advisor/coach. The United Spirit Association will not be responsible for any lost/stolen items.


You should have received an invoice via email confirming your attendance. If you have changes in your enrollment information, please contact Kim Betts at immediately.

If there is a balance due, full payment must be received in the USA office prior to your clinic date.

For staffing purposes, program changes (i.e. cheer to song/dance) and/or walk-ons will not be permitted on the day of the event.
